The Management Advancement for the Public Service (MAPS) Program offers training seminars that build management and leadership skills for top executives, mid-level managers, front-line supervisors, and administrative support staff. Skill-building sessions are available for employees at all levels. The MAPS Program has been serving the training needs of public and non-profit organizations since 1970.
The John Glenn School prides itself on the quality of seminars, and the professionals who present them. Our presenters come from diverse backgrounds including faculty and professional consultants who share a fundamental commitment to enhance the quality of public service.
The format of a MAPS seminar is participatory in nature; you become part of the learning experience and are presented with working concepts and ideas that you will be able to transfer to your individual work situations.
How to Register
A variety of methods are available to register for MAPS seminars. Please refer to the costs section below for information on seminar tuition fees and information on discounts available with the purchase of a MAPS Membership Subscription.
On-line: Use the "calendar and registration" link above to enter the MAPS registration calendar. Choose the seminar that you want and use the register link to submit your information.

Costs for Individuals and Organizations
The tuition fee is $225.00 for one-day seminars and $450.00 for two-day seminars.
By purchasing a MAPS membership subscription, an organization can have access to the entire schedule of training seminars while receiving a substantial savings on tuition fees. A MAPS membership subscription may be purchased at any time of the year and is effective for twelve months. Discounted rates for a membership subscription are based on the number of training days purchased.

*Numbers listed in the column labeled "Number of Training Days" are minimum numbers for discounted membership rates. Membership packages are not limited to these numbers. Organizations may purchase 24-47 days of training at $195.00 per day, 48-95 days of training at $185.00 per day, and 96 or more days of training at $175.00 per day.
